ADMISSION:
Number of seats of each respective subjects, number of students to be admitted and percentage of marks are determined by an Admission Committee of the college and changes are made from time to time. Admission will be based on Counselling and percentage of mark scored in their respective subjects. Timely admission notice is widely circulated /published in the local dailies for the benefit of the aspiring students.
Application Form for admission is attached at the end of this prospectus. Applicants are advised to carefully read the subject combination allowed before filling in the form.
(A) Eligibility:
Securing minimum 40% marks in aggregate in 10+2 or equivalent examination recognised by Manipur University.
(B) Relaxation:
5% relaxation for certain section belonging to ST/SC, OBC, differently abled or Sports persons etc.
*Counselling is mandatory for those students selected for admission (they have to participate in the Counselling along with their parent or Local guardian).
(C) Importal Information for Candidates :
- All admission shall be provisional.
- Candidates are required to produce the original mark sheets at the time of interview or counselling. If any false documents are detected, the College Authority has the right to cancel such admission.
- No candidates shall be allowed to sit the interview/counselling unless he / she has fulfilled the entire eligibility requirement.
- Candidate who failed to report for admission at the stipulated time shall forfeit their seat and the same shall be offered to candidates next in order of merit.
- Incomplete application forms shall be rejected.
- The procurement of admission form does not guarantee admission.
- Documents once submitted along with the application form shall not be returned.
- Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination other than COHSEM shall have to submit Migration Certificate at the time of Admission.
(D) Documents to be enclosed at the time of form Submission :
- One attested photocopy of Mark Sheet of HSLC examination.
- One attested photocopy of Admit card or Provisional Certificate of HSLC examination for age proof.
- One attested photocopy of provisional certificate of (Class XII) last examination recognised by Manipur University.
- One attested photocopy of Mark Sheet of (Class XII) last examination recognised by Manipur University.
- Three recent colour passport photographs of which one to be pasted on the form should be attested by gazetted officer. One unattested should be attached to the form by pin and other copy be pasted on the Admit Card.
- One attested photocopy of ST/SC, OBC, Physically Challenged or Sports persons etc. Certificate issued by competent authority. (If reservation is claimed for particular category).
- One attested photocopy of Blood Group Certificate.
- Email Id and Phone No. are mandatory to fill up in the admission prescribed format.
